Maybe he is making the wrong argument from his experiences. Maybe he should be arguing that more regulation of solicitors is required – clearly the solicitor consulted in this case is in need of additional training.

The man is either an idiot or is being deliberately misleading. I used to run a business that employed 1500 people – & of course you can fire someone for things like stealing stuff.
