My reaction is on Klem ,s. Knowing very well that such funds could go into frivolities such as the acquisition of new guns and fulfill nuclear ambitions, you should have also proposed adequate chanelisation and supervision to ensure real utilization.

I agree with Klem here and will just add that I still think that Ed Miliband is an annoying little shit – almost as bad as his prat of an older brother. More honest though but equally distasteful as a person.

At the Copenhagen negotiations the EU is supposed to agree to $150 Billion per year to be sent to poor countries to pay our “carbon debt”. These social justice wackos don’t understand what the poor countries will do with the free money that will come pouring in. They’ll use it to buy arms and fulfill their nuclear ambitions, simple as that. Instead of saving the planet, we’ll be arming it. Climate justice is an idiotic idea.
