The SNP has always been on the front foot (be it left or right) on freedom of information and recently pushed Labour hard to release Cabinet minutes relating to the Iraq War which Jack Straw refused to do. Kevin Dunion is right to be concerned but this is not a party issue and I'm sure the SNP is just as concerned as you and Kevin are.
