Rachel, will this bring in anything, when you consider that the banks are benefiting from the corporation tax cut?

Rachel, do you agree with me that what also doesn’t help business is when the government gets rid of capital allowances for manufacturing, and gets rid of things like BSF? So much for rebalancing the economy.

Vince Cable has convinced the whole country that he has a clue what he is talking about because he looks like their grandad.
